Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    chicken livers cooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    anchovies paste
  • 1/4 c
    onions cooked minced
  • 5 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    cooked celery minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp
    chicken base

How to Make Pat'e

Step-by-Step

  1. Grind liver or smash with a fork then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into a football or any shape you desire. Chill 2 hours.
