Ingredients For kraut salad

2 cgreen bell pepper
-
2 cred bell pepper
-
1 conions, vidalia, peeled

1 ccelery stalk
-
8 dashcelery seed
-
8oz cansauerkraut
-
1 csugar
-
1 cvinegar
-
2 dashbalsamic vinegar

1/2jalapeno peppers opt.
How To Make kraut salad

1cut all veg.in small pieces.(remove seeds and vains from jal.peppers if u desire not such a kick)pull all veg.in a bowl.

2drain kraut.After drained put in bowl with the veg.bowl.

3In sauce pan over med heat:add sugar and vingar and celery seeds.cook until sugar disolves.simmer for one min.

4pour over the veg and kraut mixture.mix well,cover and fridge for 24 hrs,then drain xcess liquid.(save liq.its great for maranade and/or salad dressing)

5GREAT OVER BLACKBEANS,HOTDOGS,REDBNS AND RICE,OR BY ITSLF.......ENJOY!!!!!
