Ingredients For chocolate cream balls

  • 1 lb
    sweet milk chocolate bars (such as hershey's)
  • 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped

How To Make chocolate cream balls

  • 1
    Melt chocolate over hot not boiling water (double boiler pan). Cool.

    Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream and fold into chocolate.
  • 3
    Chill until firm enough to shape.
  • 4
    Form in 1 inch balls. Roll in finely chopped nuts OR crushed crisp rice cereal. Store in refrigerator.
