    self rising cornmeal
  • 1 c
  • 1
  • 1 can(s)
    cream style corn
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp
    jalapeno pepper chopped
  • 1 c
    chedder cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Jalapeno cornbread


  1. Beat egg
  2. Add buttermilk & all ingredients. mix well
  3. Bake at 450 in a well greased 9- inch iron skillet
