Ingredients For honey cornbread muffins

1 cyellow cornmeal

1 call-purpose flour

1 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 csugar

1 tspsalt

1 cmilk
-
2eggs

1/2 stickbutter (melted)

1/4 choney
How To Make honey cornbread muffins

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.

2In a large bowl mix the first 5 ingredients.

3In another bowl mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and honey until well incorporated.

4Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir together until just mixed.

5Evenly divide the batter into the 12 muffin cups (I use a round ice cream scoop).

6Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
