Not enough burger for dinner? Tired of left over ham? Combine the two for a different kind of meatloaf!! I thought my Momma was off her rocker when she put these two together!
Serve with creamed peas and mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 lb
    cooked ham, ground
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    onion, chopped (more or less or omit)
  • 2 Tbsp
    catsup
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1 c
    cracker crumbs, oatmeal or torn bread

How to Make Ham-Burger Loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix and bake in a loaf pan or square pan @350f for about an hour.
