Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    spaghetti, 8 ounces
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion, diced
  • 12 oz
    corn kernels with sweet peppers
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce, 8 ounces
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make Ground Beef with Spaghetti Parmigiana

Step-by-Step

  1. In saucepot, prepare spaghetti as label directs; drain.
  2. Return spaghetti to saucepot.
  3. Meanwhile, in 12" skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion, stirring occasionally, until all pan juices evaporate and meat is browned.
  4. Add corn, tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, sugar and ground cinnamon; heat through.
  5. Toss spaghetti with parmesan cheese and butter.
  6. Arrange spaghetti on warm platter.
  7. Spoon meat mixture over spaghetti.
