1/4 colive oil

4 clovegarlic, finely chopped

3 largeswordfish steaks, about 3/4 inch thick

·sliced lemon wedges
How to Make GRILLED SWORDFISH
- PREPARE A CHARCOAL GRILL OR THE BROILER,IF USING THE GRILL ,HEAT THE COALS TO WHITE-HOT.
- IN A BOWL COMBINE THE DILL,OLIVE OIL, GARLIC,SALT & PEPPER.SPREAD THE SIDES OF EACH STEAK WITH MARINADE AND PLACE IN A DISH,COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 20 MIN.
- REMOVE THE FISH FROM THE DISH AND SAVE THE MARINADE.PLACE FISH ON THE GRILL OR UNDER THE BROILER AND BASTE WITH MARINADE. GRILL 5 MIN.
- WITH SPATULA CAREFULLY FLIP THE STEAKS OVER.BASTE WITH THE REMAINDER OF THE MARINADE AND GRILL FOR ANOTHER 5 MIN.FLIP OVER AGAIN AND GRILL FOR ANOTHER MINUTE JUST TO BROWN THE MARINADE ON THAT SIDE.BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER COOK. SERVE AT ONCE
