This marinade is great for any kind of kabob. I use sausage with onion, pineapple, green/red peppers, etc.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Kabobs are a wonderful summertime meal and this marinade recipe pumps up their flavor. It's almost like a sweet and savory homemade BBQ sauce. Delicious with smoked sausage, we liked the slight bite from ground ginger. Any extra marinade can be used for dipping once the kabobs are grilled.
