Ingredients

1/2 call purpose or unbleached flour

1 3/4 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 csugar or splenda

1 tspbaking powder

1 stickcold butter, cut into cubes

1/4 ccold water

1 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Graham Crackers
- Mix together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add the honey, molasses, water and vanilla.
- Mix until dough holds together, then knead in the bowl until well mixed and smooth.
- Roll out between two sheets of wax paper to 1/8" thick. Chill for at least an hour. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into 2" by 2" squares. Using a fork or toothpick, prick holes in each cracker. Place on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in 350 degree F preheated oven about 15 minutes, until edges are lightly browned. Let cool on pan.
