Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    potato starch
  • 1/2 c
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • ·
    pinch of salt
  • 1
    egg
  • 3/4 tsp
    vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    milk

How to Make GLUTEN FREE FUNNEL CAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oil to 375 degrees. In bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add egg & vinegar. Slowly add milk, mixing well to remove all lumps. You can either pour batter in a squeeze bottle or just slowly drop batter from spoon to form criss-crossing circles & ovals.
  2. Cook until ightly browned. Turn to brown other side as well. Remove & drain on paper towels. While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
