  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    chili beans
  • 2 can(s)
    black beans
  • 1 14oz can(s)
    tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
  • 1 14oz can(s)
    corn, with liquid
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
    jalapeno peppers(to taste)
  • 1 8oz can(s)
    tomato sauce

How to Make TACO SOUP


  1. Brown beef & onions in large saucepan. Drain and put into pot and add remaining ingredients.Can change the kind of beans you use..have tried different combos to our liking..black beans and red beans are good..don't have as much a "chili" taste..
  2. Serve w/grated cheddar or mexican mex cheese. sour cream optional or extra jalepenos if desired.
    can be served immediately.
