I had this at a Christmas party and could not stop eating it. Even people who don't like cranberries will like this. This is a very attractive appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    fresh cranberries
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 1
    jalapenos, fresh
  • 1
    cilantro, fresh, to taste
  • 2
    limes, juiced
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1
    brick of cream cheese

How to Make Fresh Cranberry Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop cranberries in food processor. Slice green onions. Chop jalapeno, the more seed you remove the less hot it is. Chop cilantro. Combine all ingredeints in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. Pour over a brick of cream cheese and serve with crackers.
