Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    top round or london broil
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    rosemary, thyme, garlic powder
  • 2 can(s)
    mushrooms (optional)
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 3-4
    peppercorns

How to Make French Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cook high for 5-6 hours or low for 8 hours,
  2. Shred and serve on crusty bread.
