Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1/2 c
    onion
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcheshire sauce
  • 1 small
    egg
  • 1 large
    cabbage head
  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoe soup
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice concentrate
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcheshire sauce

How to Make Family's favorite cabbage rolls

Step-by-Step

  1. take core out the cabbage. Boiling upside down for 5 min. and than rinse with cold water. remove the leaves
  2. mix hamburger onion Worcestershire sauce rice egg salt pepper
  3. make the rolls
  4. mix tomato soup lemon juice brown sugar more Worcestershire sauce and pour over top
  5. cover and cook 60 min.
