Ingredients For aunt janette's top hat cake

1/2 cbutter (room temperature)

2eggs

1 csour cream

1 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla

2 cflour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
- TOPPING

2/3 clight brown sugar
-
1 Tbspcinnamon
-
2 Tbspmelted butter
-
1 pkgsemi-sweet chocolate chips (keep separate)
How To Make aunt janette's top hat cake

1Combine all ingredients for the topping except for the chocolate morsels. Put aside.

2Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Add flour baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3Grease and flour 9 x 12 pan. Pour half of batter (which will be very thick).

4Sprinkle half of topping mixture and half of chocolate morsels on top. Top with remaining batter and smooth out over chocolate morsels. Sprinkle remaining topping and chocolate morsels.

5Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
