Ingredients

2whole rabbits cut up

2 Tbspthyme, dried

2 Tbspgarlic powder with parsley

2 Tbspcajun seasoning

2 Tbspnatures seasoning

2 cflour, seasoned with spices

2 cwhite wine, dry

1 largeonion
-
1 can(s)sliced mushrooms
-
2 can(s)campbell's roasted garlic mushroom soup

1 1/2 colive oil, light
-
2 1/2 cmilk, 2%
-
2 cwater, hot
-
1 pkgfrozen carrot crinkles

1 pkgfrozen sweet peas
How to Make BJ's Bunny Stew
- Dredge rabbit in seasoned flour, save leftover flour
- brown in olive oil,remove pieces,remove excess oil leaving about 3 tblsp
- add 1 cup leftover flour to olive oil, stir until browned
- add onion stirring for 2 minutes
- Deglaze Dutch Oven with white wine
- add Mushrooms with juice
- add soup, water and milk, stir till blended
- return rabbit to pot, simmer on low 2 hrs, stirring gently often
- taste add more seasonings if needed
- add frozen veggies,simmer 10 more minutes
