I have made this pie for many years and have always received tons of compliments. This pie is so quick and easy to make. This is a really cool and refreshing dessert. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    ( 3.4 oz. ) pistachio instant pudding & pie filling
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 1 can(s)
    ( 20 oz. ) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 9 oz
    ready made graham cracker pie crust

How to Make Pistachio Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate or freeze pie until ready to serve. If pie is frozen allow pie to thaw 15 minutes before cutting.
