- In a Non Stick 10" Skillet,brown ground beef on medium-hig-high heat until no longer pink;drain off fat.Reduce heat, Stir in chopped onion until onion is soft. mix in garlic. Stir in 1/2 of sour cream until combined,then stir in other 1/2 of the sour cream.Heat thorough. Salt to taste.
- Spoon over Rice or cooked egg noodles. This is a main dish, so, side of green salad or green beans are suggested! ENJOY!
