  • 2-3 Tbsp
    peanut butter, creamy

    frozen grape juice concentrate
  • 4-5
    ice cubes (optional)

    frozen banana (optional)
  • 1-2
    scoops of protein powder (chocolate,vanilla,or peanut butter flavor)(optional)
