    ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed tomatoes (28 oz can)
  • 1 can(s)
    corn, undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    red kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 pkg
    dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    tortilla or corn chips
  • ·
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • ·
    sour cream (optional)
  • 1/2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix

How to Make Crock Pot Black Bean Taco Soup


  1. Combine all ingredients except chips, cheese, and sour cream in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on low 4-6 hours,
  3. Garnish with chips, cheese, and sour cream.
