This is a great alternative to fried chicken. You can add a dash or two of hot sauce to the milk if you like a little zip.

  • 4
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    corn flake cereal, crushed
  • 1 tsp
    garlic & herb seasoning or garlic powder

How to Make Cornflake Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Dip into milk and roll in cornflake crumbs.
  4. Place in lightly sprayed baking dish being careful that the pieces do not touch.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until tender.
