Great for those busy days when you don't have a whole lot of time to come up with something for dinner-everything is in one dish!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 small
    cans sloppy joe mix
  • 2 can(s)
    whole kernal corn
  • 4 c
    warm mashed potatoes - instant or leftovers work fine

How to Make Complete Meal Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain. Add the sloppy joe sauce and heat through. Pour into large casserole.
  2. Drain the corn and put on top of sloppy joe mixture in casserole dish.
  3. Spoon the mashed potatoes onto the corn. Spread carefully to completely cover.
  4. Cover the dish and bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly at edges.
