How to Make College Kid Potato Chips (yellow and sweet)

Step-by-Step

  1. 1
Use either Yellow, Normal white, or Sweet potatoes! Preheat oven to 325 (this can vary...for example i was cooking these with a pork loin so i set it at 350)
  2. 2
Slice potato thin enough to be able to crisp but not too thin (so it doesn't burn). Use your best judgment! It is not a real science!
  3. 3
spray a pan (with spray pam), lay slices on pan, and give a good coating (both sides) of olive oil to the potatoes. Salt and pepper also
  4. 4
pake potatoes in oven, checking occasionally to make sure they are not burning. It is up to your discretion as to when they are done...approx. an hour or so. So easy!!
