This is such an easy and delicious meal...one of my family's favorites!
Ingredients For easy crockpot pork tacos
13-3 1/2lb pork roast(i usually use pork loin, but shoulder is good, too.)
1 can(14-15oz) enchilada sauce
1 can(4oz) diced green chilis, undrained
2 tsponion powder
1/4 cchopped fresh cilantro, or 1t dried(optional)
tortillas(corn or flour)
How To Make easy crockpot pork tacos
1Put the roast in the crockpot. Sprinkle with the onion powder and cilantro(if using). Dump in the enchilada sauce and chilis. Cook on low 8 hrs.(or on high for 4-5), until pork is tender. Shred pork into sauce with forks and stir to coat. Serve on warm tortillas with cheese.
