My family loves cheese and bacon... and potatoes! I prefer to make scalloped potatoes from scratch vs the boxed kind. There is so much more flavor to them. Hope your family enjoys this recipe as much as ours does.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

There is just nothing better than bacon, potatoes, and cheese... right? At least that's how we feel when we are in the mood for comfort food. And comfort food this casserole is! These cheesy bacon potatoes are a delicious side dish. They could be served alongside steak, roasted chicken, or even baked ham during the holidays.
