Here is another broccoli and ramen noodle recipe as requested. I never tried it but I had saved it years ago from my community recreation event booklet. It is similar to Bonnies.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    shredded broccoli cole-slaw mix
  • 3/4 c
    green oinion,chopped
  • 1 pkg
    ramen noodle (oriental)
  • 1/2 c
    almond,silvered
  • 1/4 c
    sunflower seeds
  • DRESSING

  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    white vineger
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • 1 pkg
    ramon spice mix

How to Make Chinese Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Break noodles into smaller pieces.Place in bowl.
  2. Mix in remaining salad ingredients; toss.
  3. In seperate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients; pour dressing over salad mixture.
  4. Refriderate salad overnite; serve.
