  • 6 to 8
    skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into chunks.
  • 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
    slivered almonds, lightly toasted
  • 2 c
    whole, seedless grapes
  • 2 to 3 c
    diced celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    hellman's mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Chicken Salad Supreme


  1. Combine chicken with almonds, grapes, and vegetables. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over chicken mixture and toss lightly. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Serves 12.
