Ingredients For tomato beef stew (slow cooker)

  • 1 to 2 lb
    chuck beef or round stk. cubed.
  • 6 to 7
    medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 Bag
    (16 ounces) baby carrots, cut in thirds
  • 1 can
    (28 ounces) curshed tomatoes,with liquid
  • 1
    medium onion,chopped
  • 1 1/2 can
    water,measured from the tomato can
  • 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste.

How To Make tomato beef stew (slow cooker)

  • 1
    Add all ingredients and simmer in a 6-to7-quart slow cooker. Meat does not have to be browned for slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low heat 6-8 hours or on High heat 3-4 hours.
