  • 1 Tbsp
    dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 12 oz
    sausage,browned and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernal corn
  • 1 can(s)
    cream style corn
  • 4-5
    medium russet potatoes,peeled and cubed

How to Make Sausage Corn Chowder....


  1. In a 4-quart soup pan, bring onion,potatoes,Italian seasoning,water,salt, and pepper to low boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Add milk,sausage, and corn. Cook over low heat, uncovered, an additional 5-7 minutes or until heated through. Do not boil after milk has been added.
