My sweet daughter in law gave me this recipe last Christmas.I love it.I think she and I could eat the whole thing it's so good.Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    cracker barrel sharp cheese grated
  • {2} 8 oz
    blocks of cream cheese
  • 1 small
    can of crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c
    fine chopped pecans
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt

How to Make Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together except the pecans.
  2. Put in fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Take out of fridge and roll in a ball.
  4. Roll in crushed pecans.Serve with your favorite crackers.
