Ingredients

2cans cut green beans
-
4 slicebacon, cut into pieces
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1can pinto beans with liquid
-
1 cwater
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 dash(es)salt and pepper
How to Make Country Green Beans
- In a large sauce pan, place bacon pieces in and cook until very crisp. Keep all drippings and pieces in the pan.
- Add green beans, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper, water, and pinto beans with liquid.
- Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for at least 45 min, Adding water if needed to keep from burning, but you do want a nice simmering liquid at all times when cooking. Enjoy!
