This is a great casserole and very easy to make. Kids will love it and won't realize they are eating something good for them.

Ingredients

  • 16oz pkg
    frozen cut brocolli
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 jar(s)
    cheeze whiz (the smaller jar i think its 8 oz)
  • 1 stick
    butter

How to Make Brocolli Cheese Rice Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Put butter, onion and brocolli into a large skillet. Cook until the brocolli is tender. Add rice, soup and cheeze whiz, stir til mixed good.
  3. Put mixture in a 9x9 baking pan and bake for 30 min. Then serve.
