Ingredients For campfire breakfast

  • 1 pkg
    hashbrowns, cubed
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 md
    orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 1/2 lb
  • 3 lg
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make campfire breakfast

  • 1
    Fry the bacon in open skillet. Once it is crispy, remove from skillet. But save the bacon drippings.

    Add the hashbrowns to skillet. cook for 8 minutes. Than add onion and bell peppers. Cook until hashbrowns are done.

    crumble the bacon. Add it back to the skillet.
  • 4
    Beat the eggs, add to the hashbrowns. Cook throughly. Top with cheese. When cheese is is ready to eat!
