Jumped at the chance to enter the weekly contest that Vanessa (Pies, Pies and more Pies) group has each week. This week it is for "mini appetizer pies". My mind went immediately to savory, tasty and easy to do. Oh yes, as well as very delicious. Husband gave them a big smile and thumbs up this morning when I pulled them out of the oven. Thanks for the opportunity to share.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

How adorable are these mini meat pies?! It's the perfect two-bite cheeseburger. The crust is easy to make and very tasty. Cheddar cheese is perfect on top! These would be a great appetizer for a party, fun at a tailgate, or even an easy dinner. So good!

How To Make mini appetizer ground beef pies

  • 1

Saute the onion, and ground beef until beef is fully cooked. Drain and add the bell peppers, garlic and black pepper, set aside.
