This is something my Mother use to make for every Holiday breakfast. Whether it was for my birthday or Christmas morning. I have passed on the yummy tradition to my husband. I served it with grilled Kielbasa.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

These blintzes are some of the best I've ever had! The cheese mixture, with a touch of lemon zest, really shines. We chose to use strawberry preserves and whipped cream... oh so good. They're great for a special brunch! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
