How to Make Super fast creamy potato leek soup
- In large pot, melt butter. Add leeks and saute until tender. (If using garlic add after leeks are tender and cook just until fragrant)
- Add broth, milk and potato flakes. Stir until desired thickness. (you can always add more broth or milk to make it thin back out)
- Add seasonings (if no added earlier- like garlic) and serve.
