I just started cooking Tilapia lately. I never even heard of the fish until my uncle introduced me to it; it has a good taste and healthy for you to. I hope you all like the recipe.

  • 1 can(s)
    coors light
  • 2 c
    corn meal
  • 2 Tbsp
    tony chachere's creole seasoning
  • ·
    canola oil

How to Make Beer Battered Tilapia

Step-by-Step

  1. Let your fish soak in beer for at least 2 hours.
  2. Mix your Seasoning and Corn Meal.
  3. Shake excess beer off and roll in batter.
  4. Fry fish in pr-heated oil on medium heat until crispy.
