I cook a lot of rice in my home. It's a good filling for the stomach.

  • 1 (15 oz) can(s)
    beef broth
  • 1 (10 oz) can(s)
    condensed french onion soup
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1 c
    long-grain rice
  • 1/4 c
    green onions -- chopped
  • 8 oz
    mushrooms -- sliced

How to Make Beef-Onion Rice


  1. Combine all ingredients; stir well.
  2. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
