This recipe comes from my younger sister. She did it in the oven but it is very nice done on the bbq.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2
    of a red pepper, chopped small
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parley or sprinkle dry
  • 1 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1
    8 oz wheel of brie cheese
  • ·
    crackers or french bread

How to Make BBQ Marinated Brie

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and crackers.
    Place cheese in a small shallow bowl. Poke it full of holes with a fork.
    Pour marinade over cheese. Cover and let sit in fridge at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Preheat bbq to medium heat or oven to 350. Place a piece of foil on grill or in oven in on a heat proof plate. Place cheese on the foil and cook for 10 - 15 mins .
    Serve with bread/crackers. So yummy!!
