1/2 lb93/7 ground beef
1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
·taco seasoning to taste
1/4 cnacho cheese tortilla chips
1/4 csalsa, chunky
·salsa and sour cream
How to Make Baked Two Bite Tacos
- Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning and water per seasoning packet to taste. Add cheddar cheese; melt and blend in skillet. Add nacho cheese tortilla chips and salsa. Blend in food processor until finely ground - about 10 seconds. Set aside.
- Using round cookie cutter or drinking glass, cut tortillas into four circles, for a total of 16. Add one tablespoon beef mixture to each, seal with a little water or toothpicks.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until tortillas are slightly brown. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
