    eggs
  • 2 can
    cream corn
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 lg
    onion-chopped
  • 1 c
    cooking oil
  • 1 pkg
    mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 c
    grated longhorn cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 Mix all ingredients-pour into greased casserole and bake 30 to 40 minutes-I add extra cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
