How To Make carrot cake

1CAKE: Blend Oil & Sugar Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition Add Vanilla, Flour, Carrots & Pecans- Mix Well Bake @ 350 degrees until done

2Icing: Mix together: Cream cheese (softened), Box Confectioners Sugar, Vanilla
