2 1/4 call-purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
1 csoftened butter or margarine
3/4 cgranulated white sugar
3/4 cpacked light brown sugar
1 12 oz pkgchocolate chips
1 cfinely chopped pecans
How to Make Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.
Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir chocolate chips and nuts into cookie dough until well mixed.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto un-greased baking sheets.
Bake 9-11 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
