How to Make 5-2-1 pumpkin pie
- preheat oven to 425 degrees....Mix dry ingredients, in a separate large bowl beat eggs, molasses and stir in pumpkin. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture, mix well. Gradually add condensed milk and mix well.
- Mixture makes enough for 2 nice size pies...i used a butter/vinegar pie crust recipe and was very pleased with the turnout. I sprayed edges of pie crust with butter flavored spray and sprinkled sugar around the edges before filling with pumpkin pie mixture.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until knifeinserted in center comes out clean. Cool 2 hours and refrigerate...
