Ingredients For meatless collard greens

3 bunchcollard greens

1 mdonion
-
1/2bell pepper (green or red)

1 candiced tomatoes

2 tspgarlic powder
-
3bullion cubes
-
1/4 colive or vegetable oil

2 tspbay seasoning
-
dashcurry powder (optional)

1 1/2 cwater
How To Make meatless collard greens

1saute chopped onion and bell pepper in oil, garlic, a dash of curry powder, and bay seasoning and stir.

2Add tomatoes and 1-1/2 cups water bring to boil and let simmer while cleaning and cutting greens.

3wash greens well. Remove thick part of stem, lay out flat roll them and then slice across.

4Add cut greens to boiling (soup) cover and simmer for about 45 minutes until tender.

5Serve with white rice and cornbread
