How To Make smokey onion grilled potatoes
-
1Cut the potatoes into fourths, leaving the skins attached at the bottoms.
-
2Put each potato in the center of a piece of aluminum foil big enough to wrap it up in.
-
3Put a teaspoon of butter in the center of each potato.
-
4Slice the onion.
-
5Place 4 or 5 rings of the onions in between the quarters of the potatoes.
-
6Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke over each potato.
-
7Put a few dashes of salt on each potato.
-
8Wrap the aluminum around each potato sealing it shut to contain all the butter and liquid smoke in when it heats up.
-
9Place on grill or you could put it in the oven for an hour to an hour and half til the potatoes are soft. If you put it in the oven cook at 350 degrees. If you put it on the grill use a medium heat.
-
10Serve with sour cream.
