A very simply recipe which can be prepared in a wink. Sweet potatoes aren't potatoes, they are related to the morning glory. Potatoes are tubers: sweet potatoes are roots. What we buy in the supermarket as yams are actually sweet potatoes. The United States Department of Agriculture requires that :"sweet potatoes" follow the word "yam" on labels.
