Ingredients For junior's russian dressing

  • 3/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    hellman's real mayonnaise (don't use light or nonfat)
  • 1/3 c
    bottled chili sauce
  • 1/4 c
    drained pickle relish
  • 1/2 lg
    dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 1/3 c
    green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onion, finely chopped

How To Make junior's russian dressing

    Whisk the ketchup, mayonnaise, chili sauce, and relish together in a deep medium bowl.

    Stir together the pickle, green pepper, and onion until mixed in a small bowl. Add to the ketchup-mayonnaise mixture and whisk until evenly distributed throughout.

    Store in the refrigerator, tightly covered, and use within 2 days. Serve cold.
