Ingredients For southwestern bean salad

one can(16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
-
1 can(15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
-
1 can(15 oz) garbanzo beans rinsed and drained

2celery ribs, sliced
-
1 mediumred onion, diced
-
1tomato, diced
-
1 cupfrozen corn, thawed
- DRESSING
-
3/4 cupthick and chunky salsa
-
1/4 cupolive oil
-
1/4 cupfresh lime juice
-
1 1/2 tspchili powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspground cumin, red pepper flakes (optional) or to taste
How To Make southwestern bean salad

1In bowl, combine beans, celery, onion, tomatoes and corn.

2In a small bowl combine salsa, oil, lime juice, chili powder, salt and cumin. Add pepper flakes to taste. Mix well, pour over bean mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Better chilled over-night.
